What happens before the Intensive 

 

You'll identify key leaders and managers who play a critical role in your organization’s growth and ultimate success. This team will complete the online Diagnostic Stages of Growth X-Ray comprising five assessments that take less than 40 minutes to complete. These assessments uncover hidden business saboteurs and provide the foundation for deeper conversations about how people feel about issues, why they feel that way, and what would change if focus was on the right things and the right time. 

Knowledge & Discovery

You'll learn all about the 7 Stages of Growth and nuances specific to the stage your business is in. We'll share the results of the assessments and guide conversations that are progressive, enlightening, and open to allow the dialog necessary for change. Lots of issues get discussed. Lots of emotions get released. Lots of ideas get captured. Lots of agreements happen. Lots of accountability gets put into place.

Priorities & Action Planning

With laser focus on strengths and weaknesses, the group now identifies their top five priorities. We hammer out any misunderstandings and unresolved issues along with future focused growth priorities. The group creates a definitive strategic plan, assigning ownership and accountability along with deadlines to each priority.  Finally, a roll-out communication plan is defined. Clarity becomes the focus and that focus becomes your priority.

Progress Pulse-check

Today, the team reconnects for a half day workshop to discuss their individual and collective progress. It’s a unique opportunity to further the open, honest conversations started in the X-Ray debrief meeting. You’ll deepen into the Stages of Growth processes to ensure progress and delivery of results. Discussion will include additional training, support tools and staffing to ensure the momentum is either reinvigorated or amped up.

What happens after the the Intensive

 

Participants leave with a 90-day post-Intensive action plan with clearly defined priorities and tactics to achieve the agreed-upon goals. We'll also get together on two follow-up coaching calls at the 30- and 60-day mark to keep the mojo going. In addition, Terri will provide two private, one-on-one executive coaching session for the company CEO, founder, or owner to provide a sounding board, support, encouragement and solutions to challenges encountered during the rollout.
